We are looking for an experienced School Operation Head with a strong background in CBSE and ICSE school administration and operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing school operations, administration, staff coordination, admissions, compliance, parent relations, infrastructure management, and overall institutional efficiency. Candidates with prior experience in CBSE and ICSE affiliated schools will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the school.
- Manage school administration, office operations, and support staff.
- Coordinate with the Principal, management, teachers, parents, and vendors.
- Supervise admissions, student records, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE / ICSE regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor transport, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and campus facilities.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and management reports.
- Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Support management in planning and executing school development initiatives.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate degree, MBA, or qualification in Education Management / School Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in School Administration or School Operations.
- Experience in CBSE and ICSE affiliated schools is mandatory.
