BINARYBRIDGETRADING CO LTD is a growing UK-based e-commerce and online retail company operating across multiple digital sales platforms including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst having experience in e-commerce analytics tools to support business growth and improve operational efficiency.
What You will do:
- Analyse e-commerce sales performance across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Use tools such as Jungle Scout, Keepa, Helium 10, and Microsoft Power BI to identify product opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Monitor and improve product performance, pricing strategies, and profit margins.
- Support inventory forecasting, stock management, and supply chain planning.
- Work closely with third-party fulfilment (3PL) warehouses and logistics partners to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support business growth strategies and expansion planning.
- Assist with supplier analysis, procurement coordination, and marketplace optimisation.
- Help improve customer experience and order fulfilment performance across all sales channels.
- Report to the Director and identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- Candidates with qualifications in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related fields will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, Business Analyst, Warehousing/ Logistics planning, or similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics and marketplace research tools, especially Jungle Scout, Keepa, Helium 10, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or third-party fulfilment (3PL) operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Understanding of UK online retail and e-commerce market trends.
- Familiarity with supply chain optimisation and fulfilment operations.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and inventory planning.
