Responsibilities
- Define and execute card business strategy, supporting the launch and expansion of virtual cards, physical cards and wallet products across multiple markets.
- Lead end-to-end card program launches, working closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage relationships with issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers and wallet partners to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate digital wallet integrations including Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regional wallet solutions.
- Manage physical card operations including vendor onboarding, card production, fulfillment and logistics.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures with partners and vendors to achieve competitive commercial terms.
- Develop scalable SOPs and operational processes to improve launch efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor business and operational performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements through data analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech industries.
- Proven experience launching or operating card programs, including virtual cards and/or physical cards.
- Experience participating in or leading 0-to-1 card program launches, including cross-functional coordination and partner management.
- Familiarity with card ecosystem and industry standards.
- Experience working with one or more of digital wallet, Physical card manufacturers, Issuers or BIN sponsors, Card processors, Payment or fintech partners.
- Prior experience in Visa, Mastercard, fintech issuers, processor companies or crypto payment companies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Apple Pay or Google Pay integrations.
- Experience launching cards across multiple geographies.
- Experience with physical card production and vendor management.
- Experience in crypto, fintech or global payments companies.
