About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it's like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.

As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
  • Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
  • Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
  • Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
  • Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any major, with a strong academic background. Candidates from top universities are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest in compliance, legal, operations, project coordination, or related areas, with prior internships, campus leadership, research, or project experience considered a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
