Job Summary:
Join Binance’s Global Creative Team as a Junior Motion Designer and help shape how millions of people experience the world of crypto. From high-impact product launches to global brand campaigns, you’ll create animations and videos that educate, inspire, and engage audiences worldwide. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and see your work on platforms reaching millions of users. This is the perfect role for a creative storyteller eager to grow, learn, and make an impact at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit motion graphics and video content for social media, campaigns, events, websites, and digital advertising.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging 2D (and occasionally 3D) animations.
- Contribute ideas to bring our brand and products to life through video.
- Support the production of daily animations and assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Adapt and localize assets for different markets, formats, and platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and other creatives to develop impactful content.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in motion design, staying curious about new tools and trends.
- Stay updated on competitors, trends, and global crypto and blockchain news.
- With the support of the Video Lead, collaborate with third-party suppliers and freelancers.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Some experience (internships, freelance projects, coursework, or personal projects) in motion graphics or video content creation.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI video/image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Google Veo 3) is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of storytelling and branding in video.Strong eye for design, timing, and composition.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.
- Organized, communicative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
