Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organizations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the digital asset space, including fiat ramps and marketing agreements.
- Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents.
- Collaborate with product, operations, admin, and risk teams to enable business initiatives across MENA and globally.
- Monitor and interpret developments in the digital asset space in MENA.
- Assist in training and uplifting junior lawyers.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years PQE with experience in loan/finance transactions from a global law firm or reputable in-house organization.
- Strong skills in drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, especially UAE and Bahrain.
