Trainee BIM Technician

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee BIM Technician to join our team in Manchester.In this role you will be required to produce and maintain accurate building information models and drawings, of building services, for use in all stages of the project, design, coordination, manufacture, and installation using Revit. The role is office based where you will be working within a modern office in Manchester City Centre whilst working alongside a friendly and close-knit team.The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and development including regular in-house training and mentoring.

About the Role

• Graduate Trainee BIM Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic MEP services modelling using Revit
• Production of detailed drawing sheets
• Updating of drawings to as built status
• Following of technical manuals and QA documentation

Key Requirements

• Good oral and written communication skills
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent
• Experience within the BIM or construction industry would be nice to have but is not essential
