About the Role
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high operational standards. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure guests receive high-quality food and outstanding service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests with self-service ordering kiosks when required.
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with company quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and customer areas.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Promote menu items and make appropriate product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and food hygiene regulations.
