About the Role

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high operational standards. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure guests receive high-quality food and outstanding service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests with self-service ordering kiosks when required.
  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with company quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and customer areas.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Promote menu items and make appropriate product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and food hygiene regulations.
