What Does Being Team Member Mean?

As a team member you have a really important role! You may be the first person that our guests see, or the one who they will ask if they have any questions. You may be cooking their food and ensuring that it is consistently brilliant quality (and piping hot!) every time, regardless of how busy it is. You’ll work at pace and communicate well with your colleagues to ensure that orders are filled correctly and quickly.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Serving guests and helping them if they need it, with the self-serve screens
  • Preparing and cooking our delicious food
  • Keeping the restaurant and kitchen sparkling clean
  • Driving sales through upsells and recommendations

What Do You Need From Me?

  • For you to be at least 18 years old
  • A can-do attitude!
  • The ability to work at pace and to keep smiling while you do so
  • A natural ability to communicate well with lots of different people
  • To be a team player
  • No previous experience is necessary
