We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Worksop area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation
- Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
- Ability to reliably commute to Worksop
