Workday Payroll Analyst | Midlands – Hybrid
We are recruiting for an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Midlands.
This is a hands‑on Workday Payroll position, responsible for configuration, optimisation and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across the Payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands‑on Workday Payroll configuration and optimisation
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Manage and support Workday Payroll business processes
- Investigate and resolve system and payroll‑related issues
- Work closely with HR, Payroll and People Systems teams
- Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the Workday Payroll platform
Key Requirements
- Proven experience with Workday Payroll configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of Workday Payroll business processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Location: Midlands
Working Pattern: Hybrid 2 days on site
