Are you a recent Graduate or Trainee with a passion for construction design? This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a leading construction company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in construction design, working with industry leading tools such as Revit, Auto CAD and MWF Shop Drawing software.

You will receive full training and support as you develop key technical skills within a busy and rewarding construction manufacturing environment.

This company are an award winning, niche construction manufacturing company who specialise in light steel frame solutions.

They design, manufacture and install steel frame structures.

They predominantly work on student accommodation and later living projects and have had great success with these which has led to strong growth of the business.

Due to this expansion, and a large order book for 2026 onwards, they are looking for a Trainee, Junior or Graduate Designer to join their family run business and have the opportunity to progress.

In this role you will be learning to produce drawings, material schedules and manage drawing workflows, you will have full training and a great support network around you.

You’ll work collaboratively with the team, maintaining open communication.

Once you are fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress throughout the business.

The ideal candidate does not need to have previous experience in Revit, but some exposure to Auto CAD and an interest in construction would be ideal.

You will have strong attention to detail and be a great communicator.

You will be an ambitious individual who is looking to progress and is eager to grow with the business.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has a passion for construction, is a team player and enjoys working both independently and with the team.
