This company is a reputable commercial main contractor delivering new build projects across the UK, typically ranging from £8m-£15m in value. With an annual turnover of approximately £15m, they're now entering a period of strategic growth and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help drive this expansion.

Based in Wakefield, you'll travel around twice a month, mainly to projects in London, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK. You'll oversee 2-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll produce cost reports, valuations, and forecasts, as well as appoint and manage subcontractors ensuring robust financial and project performance.
