Citizen is seeking a strategic Director of Building Safety to lead our building safety function across compliance, fire safety and internal and external Health & Safety, ensuring our residents' homes remain safe across the West Midlands.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role shapes long-term safety strategy, advises the Board and Executive Team, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability across Citizen.
