NEW OPPORTUNITY | SITE MANAGER | ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL METALWORK
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality architectural and structural metalwork projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a variety of high-profile metalwork projects across London and the South East.
THE ROLE
- Managing architectural and structural metalwork installations from start to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards
- Liaising with clients, main contractors and project teams
- Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and providing regular updates
- Ensuring all site documentation, RAMS and H&S requirements are maintained
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
- Experience with architectural metalwork, structural steel or similar is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of site management, H&S and project delivery
- Confident managing teams and coordinating with clients and contractors
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling to projects across London and the South East
PACKAGE
- Around £60,000 salary, depending on experience
- Travel allowance
- 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
