The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 Β£ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a long-term residential housing project in London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing internal works and finishes on residential or housing developments, with previous experience working for a main contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Manage internal works and finishing packages across the development.
  • * Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
  • * Monitor quality, progress and productivity across the site.
  • * Carry out regular inspections and ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
  • * Coordinate with the wider site management and construction team.
  • * Manage snagging and ensure outstanding works are closed out efficiently.
  • * Maintain high standards of health & safety and site organisation.
  • * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to resolve any issues.

Requirements

  • * Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
  • * Strong residential / housing background.
  • * Experience managing internals and finishing works.
  • * Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction.
  • * SMSTS.
  • * CSCS.
  • * First Aid.
  • * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • * Able to commit to a long-term freelance position.
