The predicted salary is between 50000 - 52000 £ per year.
Two roles available: one covering Egham/Chertsey/Addlestone and the other covering the Guildford region.
Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements, although it may vary depending on the contract.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering up to £3m per annum
- Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple live sites
- Managing local council and housing association residential properties
- Arranging scaffolding and asbestos removals
- Liaising with clients
- Providing weekly/monthly reports to the contracts manager
- Programming works
Must be IT literate (using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture).
Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings is preferred.
Salary up to £55k (DOE) plus package including van and fuel card.
