Bimplus is seeking a competent Document Controller / Office Manager to join a leading residential developer on a major scheme in Hertfordshire. The role is site-based and will oversee project documentation across pre-construction and delivery phases for a scheme likely to run for at least five years.

You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors and site teams, with responsibility for document control administration, drawing registers, workflows and approvals, and timely information.
