Conrad Consulting is working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major nuclear defence programmes. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex commercial packages while working on some of the UK's most strategically important infrastructure projects.
The Role
- You’ll lead the commercial management of significant project packages, working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery across every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Based around Reading, you’ll also attend project sites when required.

- Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
- Procurement strategy and tender evaluation
- NEC contract administration and change management
- Risk management and commercial advice
- Mentoring junior members of the commercial team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
