Cityscape Recruitment is seeking multiple Project Managers capable of delivering large reinforced concrete frame/structures, basements and associated groundworks packages on projects in and around London. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of everything from piling, groundworks, basement construction and concrete frame construction, while working on a mixture of residential and commercial projects in the past, directly for the sub-contractor overseeing these packages with values of at least £15m.
Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects (i.e. health & safety, temporary works, engineering solutions and site meetings).
About the Requirements:
- Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong history from a site engineer level through to management over the last 5-10+ years.
- Strong background in concrete frame construction having worked for rival concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
- Candidates from a main contract or development background cannot be considered.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programmes, standard email functions and Asta Power Project for planning/programming works.
- Stable backgrounds with experience in delivering medium to large RC frames.
