With a specialism in commercial office, rail and datacentres projects, they also work in public, retail, health and pharmaceutical sectors.

Role: Senior Mechanical Project Engineer – London – Salary £75,000 – £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + 10% Bonus
The successful candidate will be based on the HS2 Vent Shaft project at Acton.
Role/Responsibilities
- Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications
- Assist with management of design stage
- Procurement of sub-contractors, kit and plant
- Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I. e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI’s, etc.
- Coordination and management of direct labor
- Instruct and coordinate site managers
- Progress reporting
- Overseeing commissioning and testing
- Working with Quantity Surveyor on Commercial Accounts
- Preparation of OMs for final project handover

- Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
- Experience working in the rail sector
