Bimplus is seeking a Construction Manager for a multi-million-pound project in the Kent area. You will oversee all building works and heavy structural steel integration while leading specialist sub-contract packages and coordinating with MEP designers and Civil & Structural Engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery.
You will lead end-to-end delivery, monitor progress, procure and manage steel/MEP packages, chair subcontractor meetings, and enforce CDM health & safety
