We are currently looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering South East London.
The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, diagnosing, and repairing electronic security systems across a portfolio of social housing properties.
Working efficiently to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible, you'll ensure systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Package
Salary of up to £42,000 depending on experience. Company van provided. Fuel card supplied.
Key Responsibilities
Fault-finding and repairing access control systems.
Servicing and maintaining CCTV systems.
Diagnosing and resolving technical faults.
Completing planned and reactive maintenance visits.
Producing accurate service reports and documentation.
Delivering excellent customer service to residents and housing providers.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
Requirements
Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on access control and CCTV systems.
Good understanding of electronic security systems.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience working within social housing or occupied properties is desirable but not essential
