My client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Proposals Manager to lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals and tender responses.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while producing compelling, compliant submissions.
Working closely with operational, commercial, and business development teams, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
- Proposals Manager roles & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational information.
- Develop persuasive, high-quality written responses tailored to client requirements.
- Review tender documentation to ensure compliance with all submission criteria.
- Create and maintain proposal templates, case studies, and bid library content.
- Produce engaging presentation materials and supporting documentation.
- Manage bid programmes and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
- Conduct post-submission reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop winning bid strategies.

- Proficient in In Design & other Adobe packages
- Graphic design experience/knowledge

- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Power Point, and Excel.
