We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Portsmouth.

Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works.

  • Support the management and delivery of site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme.
  • Maintain quality assurance and site documentation.
  • Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination.
  • Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects.
  • EUSR blue (Clean water hygiene) required.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
