Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a commercial background looking to join a thriving, rapidly growing, family-run company, offering the chance to work on exciting refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings?

In this role you will be working as a Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits, mainly working on refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to work in an ambitious company, who wants to be at the forefront of large-scale, bespoke multi-million-pound projects.

The Role:

  • Producing valuations and cost reports on listed buildings and heritage sites
  • Work with contractors to procure packages
  • Liaise with and maintain client and contractual relationships
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week
  • Site travel 1-2 days per week, car allowance provided
