Requirements:
- Valid CCDO Black Card
- Previous demolition site management experience
- Strong knowledge of demolition procedures and site safety
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage site operations and coordinate workers effectively
Duties include:
- Managing and supervising demolition activities on site
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
- Coordinating workers, equipment and daily site operations
