This is an opportunity for a hands-on operational leader to take ownership of multiple sites within a growing and fast-paced business.

We're looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Someone who enjoys developing people, improving performance and setting high standards, whilst remaining close enough to the operation to understand exactly what's happening on the ground.

You'll be trusted to lead teams, drive productivity, improve efficiency and ensure sites consistently deliver against operational, commercial and safety objectives.

This role isn't about sitting behind a desk reviewing reports—it's about being visible, making decisions and leading by example.

The Role

  • Lead and support multiple operational sites
  • Drive productivity, performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and mentor site leadership teams
  • Ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations at all times
  • Manage resources, plant utilisation and operational planning
  • Monitor performance against key business objectives and KPIs
