You will manage tenders from enquiry through to submission, supporting refurbishment and small works projects across the North East, with involvement from clients, subcontractors and the pre-construction team.
You’ll price up to £5 million tenders, prepare BOQs, evaluate quotations, identify risks and value engineering.
