Are you an M&E Project Manager with experience managing the construction delivery of mechanical and electrical packages for an MEP subcontractor? Do you have a strong background overseeing installation works, programme delivery, and site coordination within major construction or infrastructure projects?

Rate: £450 – £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Looking for a long-term contract where you can take ownership of the construction delivery of complex M&E packages through to completion and handover? This is an opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join an established MEP subcontractor delivering a major project in West London.
You will be responsible for managing the construction phase of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectives. The role will focus on site delivery, coordination of installation activities, progress reporting, and quality assurance. This is a construction management role rather than a design position, with responsibility for ensuring the approved design is successfully installed, coordinated, and handed over.
The role will suit someone with a strong MEP subcontracting background who is experienced in managing site teams, specialist subcontractors, and client/main contractor relationships throughout the construction lifecycle.
