Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced M&E Commissioning Manager for a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major, technically complex projects in London.
You’ll lead the planning, coordination and delivery of M&E commissioning, taking systems from pre-commissioning through testing, validation and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&E commissioning across the project
- Coordinate subcontractors, specialist commissioning teams and project stakeholders
- Manage testing, commissioning and handover activities
- Witness testing and review commissioning documentation
- Support commissioning RAMS and quality inspections
- Coordinate commissioning with other trades
- Resolve issues and ensure deficiencies are closed out
- Maintain commissioning and handover documentation
- Ensure all commissioning activities meet EHS and quality requirements
- Report progress to the Project Director and key stakeholders
About You
- Previous M&E commissioning experience on large-scale construction projects
- Data centre / mission-critical experience highly desirable
- Mechanical or Electrical qualification
- Strong knowledge of Cx and commissioning processes
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Accountable, proactive and quality-focused
