Our client, an established main contractor operating across the fit-out and refurbishment sector, is seeking a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central London. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced QS to take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of smaller, fast-moving fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The Role:
- Full pre- and post-contract QS duties: cost planning, procurement, valuations, subcontractor accounts, final accounts
- Manage and mentor junior/assistant surveyors within the team
- Report directly to Commercial Director / senior leadership
- Liaise closely with clients, PMs, and site teams to protect margin and programme
- Oversee project profitability and cash flow across the project mix
