GDS Partners are recruiting an EHS Advisor on behalf of a leading Specialist Contractor for a permanent position covering Greater London and the South of England.

About the Role
- Hybrid role covering Greater London & the South
- Regular site visits per month plus regular visits to the Southern Head Office
- £60,000 – £65,000 + Comprehensive Package (DOE)
- Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
- Permanent position with genuine career progression
Main Duties
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance checks across multiple projects.
- Review RAMS and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Support Project and Site Managers with day-to-day EHS matters.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Produce reports and promote continuous improvement across all sites.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Previous Health & Safety experience within construction.
- Experience with a Specialist Contractor, Subcontractor, or Principal Contractor is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.li>
- Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
