An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a busy architectural practice delivering a range of technically challenging projects across the UK. This Architect role is ideal for someone with strong Stage 4 experience and excellent Revit skills who enjoys producing detailed technical design packages. You'll initially support the delivery of a major data centre project while also contributing to a diverse portfolio including restaurants, spas and CAT B commercial fit-outs.
The successful Architect will work closely with the wider design team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality technical information across multiple live projects.
The Role
As an Architect, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing detailed Stage 4 technical design packages using Revit
- Supporting the delivery of a major data centre development
- Preparing construction drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinating architectural designs with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project requirements
- Supporting projects through technical design and construction phases
- Contributing to commercial, hospitality and workplace fit-out projects
- Maintaining high standards of design quality and technical accuracy
This Architect position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of technically demanding projects within a collaborative architectural practice.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Architect with strong technical delivery skills. Ideally you'll have:
- ARB registered Architect or equivalent experience
- Strong experience delivering RIBA Stage 4 projects
- Excellent Revit proficiency
- Experience producing technical drawing packages
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced design environment
The following would be advantageous:
- Experience working on data centre projects
- Experience delivering CAT B fit-outs
- Experience across hospitality, restaurants or spa projects
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary project coordination
- Previous data centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
