The Shore Group are working with a leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor, who are seeking an experience Site Manager.

Reporting to the on site Project Manager, you'll oversee the CAT A & B office fitout, refurbishment and some demolition works too.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of the CAT A & B fitout project.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues to maintain delivery milestones.
  • Ensure all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety reviews.
  • Liaise closely with the client, project team, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project reporting, programme management, and successful project handover.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CAT A & B fitout/refurbishment projects.
  • Previous experience working on commercial office fitout projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple trades and stakeholders.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid cert.
