This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, working across Honley and the surrounding area on a major long-term social housing framework with a significant pipeline of work for the next five years and beyond.

This established consultancy has been delivering professional construction services to housing associations and local authorities across the UK for over 40 years. Due to continued growth and the award of a major local authority framework, they are looking to strengthen their team in the area.
You will lead projects as Contract Administrator and Project Manager, managing programme, cost, quality and risk while coordinating clients, consultants and contractors. Projects will span new build, refurbishment, high-rise and retrofit, with a focus on delivering substantial construction projects.
The role offers significant autonomy, including home working, and would suit a dynamic, technically confident and digitally capable individual who is comfortable managing their own workload and building strong client relationships.
The Role:
- Act as Contract Administrator / Project Manager across social housing projects
- Lead projects from inception to completion, managing programme, cost, quality and risk
- Lead project meetings and coordinate clients, consultants and contractors
- Deliver new build, refurbishment, high-rise and retrofit projects
The Person:
- Proven Contract Administration / Project Management experience within construction
- Technically confident, client-facing and able to challenge issues professionally
- Looking for a long-term career with strong progression potential
- Full UK Driving Licence
