We represent a highly regarded regional main contract construction business to facilitate the recruitment of a Project Manager to aid further business growth and strengthen their operational delivery capabilities.
They are a main contract company, operating in the new build education construction sector, amongst other key areas including; residential, leisure and commercial.
Based from their Bucks HQ they operate in roughly 1Hrs radius with project values ranging upwards to £20M.
Due to continued success in work winning, both via tendering, framework and repeat business they are now in a position to expand their project delivery team and recruit a Project Manager.
Initially taking the lead on an £11M education scheme in the High Wycombe area.
We have worked with this company for over 10 years and in that time assisted in the facilitation of growth through recruiting key / core staff members to join them.
