The Role
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
Conducting bulk sampling and accurately recording site information
Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, domestic, and public sector properties
Managing your own workload across Glasgow and the wider Central Belt
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site personnel
Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
Confident carrying out surveys independently across a range of property types
Strong understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
Experience within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred
Full UK driving licence
Professional, organised, and reliable
