Finishing Manager – Belfast
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Project: Major Commercial Construction Project
Contract: 2 Months
Rate: £280–£300 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all internal finishing works across the project.
- Inspect finishes, decoration and fittings to ensure high-quality standards.
- Manage snagging and ensure defects are rectified ahead of handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades on a daily basis.
- Monitor progress and ensure finishing works remain on programme.
- Ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with the Site Management team, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site.
- Support the project through to successful completion and handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, Finishing Foreman, Finishing Supervisor or Site Manager.
- Strong commercial construction and fit-out experience.
- Excellent knowledge of internal finishes and snagging.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects.
