Earthworks Supervisor - Coleshill (B46 1DP)
£24.67 per hour PAYE
Working for a leading civil engineering contractor on the HS2 earthworks & groundworks package.
Key Duties:
- Supervising daily site operations and workforce activities
- Managing operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Leading site briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Monitoring quality, compliance, and construction documentation
- Liaising with engineers, site management, and subcontractors
- Promoting strong health & safety culture across the site
Requirements:
- CSCS Gold Supervisory Card
- SSSTS (SMSTS advantageous)
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, General Foreman, or Civils Supervisor
- Experience in Groundworks, earthworks etc.
- Strong understanding of construction health & safety procedures
- Good communication and leadership skills
