We are currently recruiting an experienced Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer for a groundworks project in Ealing
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out accurate setting out and surveying for groundworks and RC Frame including basement construction.
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate site records.
- Assist with the supervision and coordination of subcontractors on site.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Engineering Surveyor.
- Minimum 3 years' UK in RC Frame & Groundworks, including Basement Construction.
- Proficient with surveying instruments and experienced in setting out.
- Good understanding of method statements, risk assessments, QA procedures, and site documentation.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Rates are open to negotiation depending on experience.
