Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a short/medium term project in Bradford, starting Monday the 10th of August.
- Duration: 2 Months
- Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external
- Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable)
- Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works
Duties:
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
- Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
- Reporting progress to the project team
