We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to run a £500k mezzanine floor and full fit-out, based in Bournemouth.
This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating sub-contractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification.
