- Focusing primarily on Social Housing refurbishment such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors and Roofing works.
- Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
- You'll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
- Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.
What you'll need:
- Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
- Good leaderships skills
- UK Driving Licence
