The Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Director
- Proactively manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation
- Take accurate meeting notes and distribute actions where required
- Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are prioritised appropriately
