Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor with an immediate need for a project-level QS to deliver the commercials for a 10 month, £2.6m roundabout project near Bognor Regis.
Working closely with the Senior QS and the client, using NEC4 contract, the QS must be willing to be on site at last 3 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute QS with 4+ years of experience to manage their own project with minimal supervision.

- Cost planning & change control
- Valuations
- Subcontractor payments
- Remeasurements
- CVR’s
- Monthly commercial forecasting/reporting
- Cash flow & progress reporting
- Final accounts and audits
- BEng/HNC in Quantity Surveying or by experience
- A background in civil engineering/highways
- Good working knowledge and understanding of NEC3/4 contracts
