The company are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their dynamic team and design transformative facilities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop preliminary architectural designs and manage all phases of the architectural process.
- Collaborate on a variety of design types, producing drawings, specifications, presentations, and documentation to solve design challenges.
- Ensure all project specifications meet quality standards, are compliant with regulatory agencies, and are delivered punctually.
- Create comprehensive Workplans, estimating hours and deliverables necessary for design tasks.
- Interact with clients to clarify scope and design intent, while conducting research on equipment selections as needed.
- Utilise Revit for developing architectural solutions in line with BIM/CAD standards, create renderings, and tackle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 & 3 level
- ARB registered & RIBA Chartered (desired)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit and other 3D modeling software.
- Extensive experience in planning, designing, and constructing engineering projects within the life sciences industry (desired)
- Strong understanding of UK planning laws, building regulations, and the ability to interpret project specifications.
- Knowledge of integrated system designs (process, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) in relation to architectural design.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows to enhance project efficiency.
In return, the Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, alongside a competitive benefits package.
