We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering high-quality property repairs.
Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair and reinstatement works, which may include:
- General building repairs and property reinstatement
- Brickwork and structural repairs
- Plastering, including complete rooms and patch repairs
- Wall and floor tiling
- Carpentry and joinery
- Making good and finishing works
- Other general building and maintenance tasks associated with insurance repairs
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who can work to a high standard and represent our client professionally when working in customers' homes.
You will need:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Builder
- A valid CSCS card
- A current UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent reliability and a professional approach
- Flexibility to work away from home when required, with accommodation provided
