Due to significant ongoing project expansion, we are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for complex, high-value deconstruction projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of complex demolition and deconstruction projects across the UK and Europe, ensuring seamless operational delivery, commercial success, and strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, local authorities, and international stakeholders, maintaining Colemans’ strong market reputation.
  • Direct and manage on-site teams, CCDO Managers, and sub-contractors, embedding a robust safety-first culture across all live sites.
  • Produce, review, and enforce comprehensive Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RAMS), and project delivery schedules.
  • Take financial responsibility for project budgets, cost control, variations, and resource allocation across plant, labour, and materials.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to manage international logistics, compliance, and regulatory frameworks specific to European jurisdictions.
  • Conduct regular site safety audits, risk assessments, and progress reviews, proactively resolving site-specific challenges.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

About You: Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Certifications: Valid CCDO Black (Project Manager) Card with relevant NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS, and CSCS Managers Card.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing major demolition, structural alteration, or deconstruction projects.
  • European Capability: Experience delivering demolition or structural engineering projects in Continental Europe.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional team leadership, commercial acumen, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in temporary works, explosive/high-reach demolition, and complex urban deconstruction.
  • Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence, a valid passport, and flexibility for regular travel/working away across the UK and Europe.
  • Preferred Additional Qualifications: Chartered Membership (IDE / CIOB / ICE), Asbestos Management (UKATA/ARCA), Temporary Works Manager certification, First Aid at Work.
